1. 两到三天洗一次头

2. 保持正常的作息时间
大多数人秃头的原因都是因为不规律的作息，长时间的熬夜会对人体的内分泌系统造成影响，从而导致分泌不正常。所以说，保持正常的作息时间尤为关键，早睡早起，平时多加训练，能够很好的让头发受到自身的保护。
3. 尽量不染发
染发对我们的发质伤害是非常大的，发质容易变得干枯。很多染过头发的男女生都会发现晚上洗头的时候头发是一大把一大把的掉。如果真的很想染头发的话，最好使用正规渠道的染发剂，这样可以减少染发剂对头皮的伤害。
4. 使用天然成分的洗发产品
很多洗发水的清洁能力过于强大，很容易对我们的头皮进行伤害。所以我们在洗发产品的选择上面，应该选择一些带有天然成分的洗发产品，就比如说带有生姜成分的洗发水。就能够很好的对我们的头皮进行深层次滋养，同时保护我们头皮的角质层。
